I would highly recommend Caroline's dog boarding service. I was nervous of leaving my dog Max when I went on holiday for a week as I had never left him before. I needn't have worried, Max had a lovely holiday too. Caroline was with him most of the day and night and gave him lots of love and cuddles. They went on walks and had adventures together. Caroline sent me photos and updates every other day so I could see Max was happy and enjoy my own holiday reassured all was well. My return flight was delayed and Caroline was very kind as I was later than agreed collecting him. All of this for what I think was a reasonable and competitive price, and Max was groomed and smelt lovely for my return. A five star service all round. Thank you Caroline. ~ Karen C

I can’t recommend Caroline at Oscar’s Dog Grooming enough. I have a very nervous and reactive Pomeranian who would not even allow me to do basic grooming so we were in desperate need of help. I thought we would never be able to fully groom him and was particularly worried about his nails. Caroline was knowledgeable, patient and non-judgemental about the state of his coat. My dog has just finished his last appointment for his first groom as she split it into as many as it took us to get there at no extra charge. I booked his next appointment straight away and I am confident that with Caroline’s continued support he will be able to have a regular grooming routine at Oscar’s. I highly recommend for anyone with a nervous dog and anyone who is worried about how a groomer will respond to you being in desperate need of help and guidance. ~ Zoe G

Washed my old girl Ruby at oscars and it was great, Ruby struggles with stairs and getting in the bath these days and she isn't to fond of people touching her she doesnt know so didn't want to risk just taking her to be washed by someone else so when I saw I could hire the pod I thought I would give it a go and so glad I did Ruby had a lovely stress free wash and it was so easy for her to get in and out of the bath which made it a better experience for her she smelt lovely afterwards and was like a new dog. Caroline was lovely she couldn't of been more helpful I 100% recommend and will definitely be taking roo back 💜⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and thanks again to Caroline for thinking of the idea to rent the pod amazing idea ~ C

One tired doggo after his spa experience at Oscars. Would highly recommend this to anyone, especially if you have an anxious dog. Great service and attention to detail. We took Joner for a self groom and he loved it. 1st time at a groomers and took to Caroline straight a way. Lots of water and fluff flying everywhere. We will be back. He looks and smells amazing. Excellent experience. Caroline made the whole experience for my rescue dog Bruno a pleasant one for him. Even when he got stressed with the dryer, she stopped and called me, so I could come back and be with him so she could finish the job. My poodles last groom (not at Oscars) left her with real grooming anxiety, Caroline was lovely with her and was happy for me to stay with her to try and ease her anxiety. If you have an older, nervous or first time fur baby needing a groom Caroline is your lady. She 100% puts the dogs needs first even if it means splitting the groom over more than 1 appointment ~ Debbie P

Caroline was so knowledgeable and helpful when I took Teddy for a bath. It was a lovely relaxing environment and he looks and smells amazing. A really good idea as my Labrador can be a little anxious, but because I was there he really enjoyed a pamper. Thank You so much. ~ Julie G

Caroline took care of our 9 yr old Chihuahua. Trim , nail clip, wash and dry, brush out second coat. Would recommend. I was very impressed by how clean and fresh the 'parlour' was, as well as the result. ~ Richard S

Caroline was great for my spaniel that hates baths and gets nervous with hairdryers. She did a fantastic job (especially dealing with Willows matted ears). Facilities for the self dog wash was also great and very straightforward. ~ Ben B
